Welcome to our New Site!. We are located what was known as the Nautilus Tennis & Swim Club, our address is 4801 N. FM 1417 Sherman, Tx. We will be sharing the pool and some of the tennis courts during the summer with Nautilus members plus we are offering a great discount for all our classes. CrossFit, Kickboxing, Boxing, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu & Kids MMA.

All fitness levels welcome, especially newcomers, so come check us out!
